Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mergers and Acquisitions Professional to support our private equity clients in identifying acquisition targets.

The successful candidate will review and clean company lists, conduct structured research, manage data management tools, build databases of potential acquisition targets, and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and clean lists to ensure targets meet investment criteria
  • Conduct structured research and collaborate with data analysts to profile potential acquisition targets
  • Input and organize company and contact data in data platforms and spreadsheets
  • Use public databases, directories, and scraping tools to build prospect lists
  • Provide ad hoc research and administrative support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • General understanding of the M&A landscape
  • Private equity experience is beneficial but not necessary
  • Experience with data management tools and data scraping software is preferred
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms is preferred
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Reliable internet and independence are required
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through are essential
  • Ability to learn new tools as needed
