Lead Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to oversee the consolidation of financial statements and drive an acquisition-driven growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate financial data from multiple subsidiaries, collaborating with operating company controllers to ensure timely closure of monthly books.
  • Oversee the management of holding company accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable, annual tax filings, audits, and purchase price accounting during acquisitions.
  • Develop scalable accounting policies and processes for a rapidly expanding organization.

Essential Qualifications
  • CPA designation required, along with strong problem-solving, communication, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software, capable of working comfortably in a fast-paced startup-like environment with evolving policies.

Prior Experience
  • 4+ years in senior accounting roles, preferably with exposure to mergers and acquisitions and consolidation.
  • Experience with multi-entity financial reporting and rapid growth environments is essential.
