We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Analyst to join our team. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels by placing accurate orders, ensuring stores are well-stocked. This position requires clear and consistent communication with on-the-ground teams through phone and text to coordinate daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher, minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in mathematics. You will be responsible for troubleshooting operational issues, accurately tracking team hours and activities, and holding team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure the stores have the right amount of inventory in stock by placing the right orders
  • Communicate effectively with on-the-ground teams by both phone and text to coordinate activities and facilitate operations
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise in operational processes
  • Ensure accurate tracking of team hours and activities
  • Hold team accountable for their responsibilities and performance

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in mathematics
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
