Job Title: Facility Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality facility management services nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities engineering, project management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct technical assessments and maintenance surveys at various sites, evaluating facility infrastructure, equipment, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary survey teams, providing direction, assigning tasks, and ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
  • Develop detailed facility survey reports, including actionable recommendations for facility maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and personnel training requirements.
  • Present findings to stakeholders, validate survey data, and support design review discussions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee documentation and tracking of facility conditions, identifying risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement to support long-term operational sustainability.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide guidance to survey team members, ensuring adherence to established standards, processes, and quality assurance measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) is an advantage.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in facility assessments, infrastructure surveys, and technical evaluations, including hands-on expertise in analyzing facility systems and recommending corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with maritime security infrastructure and comprehensive knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) facility standards, including design, sustainment planning, and compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent surveys and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data and develop practical recommendations.
