Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

  1. You will source and interview potential candidates, assess their qualifications, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruiters and staffing agencies, to identify top talent.
  3. Manage job postings, including creating job descriptions, posting jobs on various platforms, and tracking responses.
  4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that all hires meet the necessary qualifications.
  5. Provide guidance and support to new employees during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Responsibilities

  1. Source and interview candidates for corporate positions.
  2. Assist in gathering data needed for the preparation of various recruitment reports.
  3. Identify and resolve reporting issues proactively, immediately informing the direct supervisor of any critical issues.
  4. Provide suggestions to improve recruitment business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • At least 1 year of experience in volume/corporate hiring (leadership hiring is an advantage).
  • BPO/Shared Service/Agency recruitment experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
