Business Operations Assistant

Job Responsibilities
The Office Secretary role at Silverdab Corporation involves a range of administrative tasks, including greeting and assisting visitors, screening phone calls, and taking detailed minutes during meetings.
You will also be responsible for organizing schedules of drivers and vehicle assignments, preparing regularly scheduled reports, and ensuring the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
Additionally, you will provide general support to the Executive Management team and receive administrative-related invoices for review and forwarding to the Accounting Team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Executive Management team
- Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
- Organizing schedule of drivers and vehicle assignments
- Providing general support to the O&M Administrator in handling requests and queries
- Receiving admin-related invoices for review and forwarding to the Accounting Team
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a Graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field. At least 1-2 years' experience in the field is required. Additionally, you should possess working knowledge of office management systems and procedures and be proficient in MS Office.
You should be comfortable with routinely shifting demands and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
