Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Additionally, they will have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of customer interactions
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports
  • Participate in calibration sessions and call listening sessions
  • Contribute to the development of quality policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
