Business Quality Manager Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires effective leadership, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.

The Business Quality Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business quality processes and programs to improve customer satisfaction and reduce risk. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, business process improvement and change management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing business quality strategies to meet business objectives;
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver business quality initiatives;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business quality opportunities;
  • Developing and maintaining business quality metrics and reporting;

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or business process improvement;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
