Main Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing Employee Relations best practices and programs in partnership with stakeholders and the HR Team;
- Representing the company in NLRC/DOLE conferences and coordinating with corporate legal counsels in the light of administrative cases;
- Facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders and investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner;
- Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and/or policies to generate more positive outcomes;
- Conducting sessions to equip line leaders in handling conflicts, employee grievances, and promoting a supportive workplace culture;
- Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement;
- Ensuring that the company's policies are kept up to date and in line with industry best practices;
- Discussing issues, concerns, and relations matters with the HR Head and/or senior management personnel;
- Explaining and providing advice to leaders and workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and the need for compliance;
- Attending conferences and meetings, as employee-management liaison, to facilitate communication between parties;
- Preparing necessary reports and/or documentation requirements;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations cases, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality;
- Documenting and processing attendance-related notices;
- Enrolling separated employees in DOLE's Termination Report System.
