The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in high-volume hiring and a minimum of 2 years working within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. They will be adept at managing large-scale recruitment initiatives to fulfill our company's staffing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top talent through diverse channels, including social media, job portals, and professional networks.

  2. Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to effectively manage large-scale recruitment initiatives.

  3. Evaluation and Interviews: Conduct preliminary assessments and organize interview sessions to evaluate candidate qualifications, ensuring they align with job specifications and company culture.

  4. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

  5. Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to inform future hiring decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: At least 6 months of experience in high-volume recruitment settings and a minimum of 2 years working within the BPO industry.
