About this Opportunity

This role will be responsible for leading the development of comprehensive test strategies, designing advanced test cases, and performing thorough manual testing to identify subtle issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies to ensure software quality.
  • Test Case Design: Design and implement advanced test cases to cover all possible usage patterns.
  • Manual Testing Execution: Perform thorough manual testing to identify and document defects.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient issue resolution and ensure seamless system releases.
  • Performance and Load Testing: Conduct rigorous performance and load testing to ensure system resilience and stability.
  • Security Testing: Employ advanced security testing methodologies to protect sensitive data and ensure system security.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of QA experience with strong expertise in manual testing.
  • Proficient in test planning, test case design, and defect management.
  • Strong background in performance, load, and security testing for transaction-heavy systems.
  • Skillful in using relevant tools for QA processes.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior QA engineers and lead quality initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience with DevOps tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of API and its testing approaches.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
