Client Success Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our team. As a Client Success Manager, you will play a critical role in handling incoming leads and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needs
  • Present services confidently, ask the right questions, and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Guide clients through every step: from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding
  • Maintain communication during the sourcing phase and manage follow-ups after candidate presentations
  • Become the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts
  • Manage administrative tasks including NDAs, contracts, and service agreements
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of leads and clients through consistent outreach and follow-up
Requirements:
  • Fluent English — both written and spoken
  • Exceptional communication skills — structured, confident, and personable
  • Professional presence — calm under pressure, clear, and trustworthy
  • University degree — preferably in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Tech-savvy and business-oriented — able to quickly grasp different industries and roles
  • Empathetic sales approach — persuasive without being pushy

Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing, preferably in a client-facing role, is highly desirable. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record of managing the full client journey, from initial lead to long-term care, and can nurture B2B relationships and drive client satisfaction over time.
