Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking skilled professionals to play a vital role in helping U.S. Military Veterans navigate the complex disability benefits process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Selling and presenting private medical consulting services to veterans in need of assistance with VA disability benefits.
  • Establishing rapport, demonstrating compassion, and creating motivation with veteran clients to gather necessary documents for an initial review strategy.
  • Articulating thoughts precisely and professionally to ensure veteran clients understand our process for assisting them.
  • Entering and updating client information into a CRM system.
  • Managing assigned leads efficiently as directed by leadership.
  • Meeting daily performance and activity metrics.
  • Resolving veteran objections, concerns, and issues to help them see value in our services.
Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must possess:

  • Minimum six months BPO experience.
  • Ability to report onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga.
  • Two years of metrics-based telephone sales/client relations or account management in a high-volume customer environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office, Google based documents, CRM, and proprietary software applications.
  • Achieve established daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Active listening skills on each call with the ability to retain information while multitasking through software applications.
