We are seeking a senior financial planning analyst to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintaining and improving financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities that impact business performance.
  • Design and implement dashboards and reports to monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Extract and reconcile financial data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or strategic planning.
  • Expertise in Excel / Google Sheets and proficiency in financial modeling tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
