Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist
\About the Job: The sales operations specialist is responsible for driving and improving sales performance by providing adequate support, motivation and accountability. This position will play a critical role in ensuring that sales teams meet their targets and provide exceptional customer service.
\Key Responsibilities:\
- Support Sales Teams: Provide daily support to sales teams, including monitoring work and attendance, and ensuring that all necessary resources are available.
- Motivate Direct Reports: Motivate direct reports on sales and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
- Improve Sales Performance: Improve sales performance through support, motivation and accountability, and identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that service delivered to customers meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations.
- Communicate Expectations: Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates on performance and goals.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed.
- Stay Current: Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures, and attend required manager development training.
- Promote Company Values: Promote company values through both behavior and attitude, including being an advocate for team members.
Candidate Requirements:\
- Education: Associate's degree in related field with two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills: Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and support team members to achieve sales and performance expectations.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Teamwork: Ability to support team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables.
- Leadership: Ability to mentor, coach and provide directions to a team of employees.
