As a Senior Finance Analyst, you play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general ledger accounting, with experience in managing general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

This position requires excellent analytical and communication skills to work effectively with various departments and provide actionable financial insights.

You will be responsible for performing timely and accurate reconciliations, analyzing expense and balance sheet accounts, and communicating with other teams to ensure financial transparency across the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA license is preferred but not required
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in auditing or within a private firm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to operate accounting and spreadsheet software
  • Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Strong background in general ledger (GL) accounting

Apart from adhering to internal control policies, this position also involves monitoring adherence to controls and recommending practical solutions to strengthen financial processes.
