Job Description

As a seasoned software professional, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable digital products using cutting-edge technologies such as React and Node.js.

You will translate complex UI/UX designs into responsive, maintainable front-end code that meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting and developing robust server-side applications and APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL) that are secure, reliable, and scalable.

Additionally, you will design and manage data workflows using relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to ensure seamless data integration and efficient data management.

Another key responsibility will be building reusable, modular front-end components and libraries across multiple projects to enhance collaboration and productivity.

You will also be responsible for optimizing performance, reliability, and security across both client and server-side environments to ensure the highest levels of user satisfaction.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and validate early-stage concepts, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Finally, you will ensure that web applications are accessible, mobile-optimized, and browser-compatible, adhering to the latest industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Node.js and React.js
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design
  • Proven experience with RESTful and GraphQL API development and integration
  • Skilled in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, React Context)
  • Familiar with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Proficient with Webpack, Babel, Git, and other build/version control tools
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
