Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Tender Engineer. This role involves reviewing customer requirements, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Role

  1. Review customer specifications and request for quotes (RFQ) to understand their needs and preferences.

  2. Prepare professional quotations in a timely manner from schematic diagrams and customer specifications.

  3. Identify appropriate Schneider technical solution and use quoting/order booking tools to configure and price selected solution.

  4. Submit completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines and process purchase orders onto SAP and/or CPQ.

  5. Maintain a clear focus on improving customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations regarding quotation delivery times, order booking, technical knowledge, and knowledge of industry requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.

  2. Accomplished background in understanding schematic and single line diagrams.

  3. Strong time management and self-organizational skills.

  4. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams, with clear and concise communication abilities.

  5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
