Job Overview

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of content marketing campaigns that drive business outcomes. You will play a crucial role in shaping our content strategy, driving thought leadership, and supporting demand generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive content calendars that align with business objectives and target B2B buyers.
  • Develop high-quality sales-enablement content, including whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, webinars, and more.
  • Optimize all content for SEO and lead generation to ensure maximum visibility and impact across digital channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and nurturing content initiatives.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics across the buyer journey to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead a team of writers and designers to deliver high-quality assets that meet or exceed brand standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing, including leadership roles and demonstrated success in driving business outcomes.
  • Proven track record of producing thought leadership and sales content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Strong expertise in SEO and keyword strategy, with a deep understanding of how to optimize content for search engines and user behavior.
  • Exceptional storytelling and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that engage and convert readers.
  • Experience managing content teams and leading cross-functional projects.
