Job Description

The Product Marketing Content Specialist role is a vital position that provides operational and administrative support to the content subdomain of Product Marketing. The specialist will be responsible for creating, copywriting, and managing content for various channels and platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing collaterals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical ability, excellent written and oral communication skills, and good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace. They must also be flexible, able to work under pressure, and possess strong organizational skills.

The Product Marketing Content Specialist will report directly to the Product Marketing Manager and will be expected to perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support in the product content subdomain of Product Marketing
  • Help create, copywrite, and manage content for various channels and platforms
  • Assist in other functions of Product Marketing, especially if the task is heavy on product content
  • Help operationalize/execute all product marketing work plans
  • Pitch ideas and go-to-market strategies and execute product launch activities
  • Give creative ideas on how to craft value propositions, messaging, product content, and collaterals
  • Help manage and track collaterals, information, and content maintained by the Product Marketing Team, and alert the Product Marketing Manager for issues that need attention
  • Help ensure that all content marketing plan KPIs, objectives, and deadlines are met
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of experience in product marketing, especially in the area of product content/content writing/copywriting
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Methodical, meticulous, and well-organized
  • Persistent and resourceful
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
