Role Overview

">Mobile Software Engineer Position

This role involves participation in the entire mobile development lifecycle including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of new and existing applications.

The successful candidate will assess business needs by understanding user requirements, product specifications, and expected outputs.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing new mobile applications using Java on mobile platforms such as Android.

Unit testing is also a critical component of this role to find defects, validate quality, mitigate risks, and manage application releases.

In addition, the selected individual will create documentation, reports, visuals, and presentations to summarize results and communicate information to stakeholders.

Fulfilling customer or client requests within the expected timeline is also essential.

Lastly, participating in company initiatives related to organizational development will be an important aspect of this role.

">Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates must hold a B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any similar technical field of study.

They should have experience with Java development on mobile platforms, API, application, and Android development.

Proficiency in software engineering using programming languages such as C/C++/C#, Python, PHP, JavaScript is also required.

A good understanding of algorithms and data structures is necessary, along with exposure to Agile and V-Model systems development methodologies.

Excellent communication skills in English are expected, while knowledge of Japanese is desirable.
