Transaction Coordinator Role

You are the guardian of people and transactions, ensuring every deal is smooth and successful.


Behind every signature is a client embarking on a new journey and an agent trusting you to help them deliver results. You catch what others miss, solve problems before they arise, and show up with calm, steady judgment when the stakes are high.


In this role, you'll be protecting clients, supporting agents, and keeping deals on track so everyone achieves their goals with confidence.


You'll work closely with our agents, clients, and success team from contract to close, providing exceptional service, thoughtful solutions, and care that turns stressful situations into success stories.



Your Key Responsibilities
  • Own the transaction process, ensuring every detail is accurate, every party is informed, and every client feels valued
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and cooperating agents, communicating with kindness, clarity, and urgency
  • Identify potential issues early and resolve them proactively, using your expertise to protect the client and the team
  • Serve as a trusted resource to agents, freeing them to focus on client relationships while you handle the logistics
  • Keep every transaction organized, documented, and compliant, delivering a personalized experience
  • Practice good judgment when navigating competing priorities, client needs, and tight deadlines, always doing what's right over what's easy
