Job Title: Construction Software Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Construction Software Implementation Specialist to join our team.

  • This role focuses on configuring, customizing, and optimizing construction project management software.
  • The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with construction software setup/configuration, proficiency in Excel, and strong understanding of construction workflows.

Responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and customizing construction software platforms.
  • Importing and organizing vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation.
  • Creating standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reports.
  • Building and refining internal workflows aligned with project processes.
  • Organizing and integrating digital project files within the system.
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure software reflects real-world execution.
  • Maintaining internal documentation and user guides for best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with construction software setup/configuration.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data organization.
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows (estimating, bidding, scheduling, subcontracting).
