Cloud Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our project focused on cloud technology implementation. The role involves working with advanced technologies, collaborating with global teams, and building impactful solutions for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize cloud services for case management via email, chat, and web forms,
  • Implement and support real-time messaging functionality,
  • Develop and deploy features using programming languages such as Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Jobs, Services, Utilities).
  • Build and maintain reusable components to support business processes.
  • Collaborate on the integration of data platforms with external sources to surface customer data,
  • Support the build and integration of AI-driven insights and agent co-pilot functionality,
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure user-friendly experiences and optimized workflows.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and compliance with best practices in software development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience in cloud development.
  • Strong expertise in cloud service implementation.
  • Proficient in programming languages including Apex, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience in developing reusable components and process automation.
  • Working knowledge of real-time messaging is a strong plus.
  • Experience with data platforms and integrations with external sources is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven insights and/or Agent Force is a bonus.
  • Optional but nice-to-have: experience with Aura Components.
