About the Role:
  • Create and implement lead generation strategies across global markets, leveraging various tools and techniques to generate high-quality leads.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their outsourcing/offshoring requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate lead databases, ensuring seamless tracking in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align lead qualification criteria and enhance conversion rates.
  • Schedule introductory calls, demos, and meetings for the business development team.
  • Analyze market trends, identify potential client segments, and competitors to inform lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor and provide actionable insights and recommendations through reports.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation within the offshoring, outsourcing industry.
  • A solid understanding of outbound lead generation tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and Salesforce.
  • The ability to build prospect lists, craft effective outreach messages, and track engagement metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong analytical mindset.
