ERP Project Implementation Specialist

This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support the planning, coordination, and execution of Acumatica ERP implementation projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with project management methodologies.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management.
The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure, and maintain a stable employment history.
As a secondary point of contact, this individual will provide exceptional client-facing support, ensuring timely delivery of projects and high standards of client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing ERP implementation projects, supporting the Project Manager, tracking deliverables, and preparing status reports.
Additionally, this role involves participating in post-implementation reviews, recommending improvements, and providing user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance checks.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management
