Business Partnering Director

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by driving HR strategies that support our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs
  2. Manage workforce planning exercises and assess manpower needs
  3. Facilitate performance management exercises and coach managers and employees
  4. Identify skill gaps and develop employee learning and development plans
  5. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts
  6. Implement HR policies and provide guidance on employment law compliance
  7. Lead company events and HR programs
  8. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Two to four years of experience in HR Business Partnering or Organizational Development

  • Successful development and implementation of HR initiatives
  • Effective management of workforce planning exercises
  • High-quality performance management exercises and coaching
  • Identification and addressing of skill gaps
  • Positive employee relations and conflict resolution
