Cloud Accounting Specialists

We structure beyond compliance work in a hybrid environment that fosters growth.

Responsibilities include monthly, quarterly and annual bookkeeping using cloud-based accounting programs. Additional projects such as general ledger typing, financial statement preparation and analysis will be assigned.

Key requirements to succeed in this role are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration with minimum 4 years of study
  • Professional certification is an asset
  • Experience working with web-based accounting software like Quickbooks Online and Xero is essential
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a full-time accounting or bookkeeping position
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a paperless environment with strong process flow
  • Proven problem-solving and client service skills
  • Strong business acumen and desire for growth within a fast-paced organization
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection required
  • Strict adherence to firm privacy policies
