Job Overview



We are seeking an accomplished accounting professional to oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of financials and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in standard U.S. accounting practices and methods. Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial reports for management and outside agencies on a regular basis.
  • Conduct project life-cycle cost analysis, including a review of sales and marketing expenditures, sales orders, and purchase orders.
  • Provide and interpret financial information.
  • Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and prepare required reporting as per the audit checklist.
  • Develop external relationships with auditors, bankers, and statutory organizations.
  • Conduct and coordinate internal and external audits and prepare fiscal documentation.
  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
  • Plan and prepare budget and forecasting.
  • Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends.
  • Lead the Finance and Accounting team, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, bank and account reconciliations, billing, coding, and payments.
  • Ensure federal and state tax compliance, including quarterly and year-end closing.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA certification.
  • Demonstrated experience with USA accounting systems.
  • 5 years of experience in managing full accounting duties in a medium- or large-size company.
  • Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with ERP accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • High professional standards and ethics, with an ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Performance management of support staff.
  • Demonstrated expertise in coordinating internal and external audits.
