Job Opportunity

As a seasoned professional in team management, this role requires you to oversee the day-to-day activities of your team and drive performance. You will be responsible for leading a global business unit as a hands-on people manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of the App Commercial Desk strategy and vision.
  • Ensure that your team of App Desk Sales specialists consistently meet or exceed internal performance metrics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Advocates, Loyalty Advocates, and Marketplace Partners, providing support during the sales cycle.
  • Establish, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze the internal efficiency of the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Deal Management, Marketplace Operations, Ecosystems, and other groups, to support the sales process.
  • Partner with content managers and business process analysts to create and maintain process documentation for the App Commercial Desk.
  • Effectively handle internal escalations and expedite problem resolution as needed.
  • Deliver operational reports and executive updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including creating ad hoc formulas.
  • Working knowledge of sales service desk tools.
  • Experience in quoting, billing, and vendor management in a B2B or B2C setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
