Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and offer extensions.
  • Craft and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, health insurance, and bonus schemes.
  • Lead performance management processes, setting performance objectives, conducting evaluations, and developing improvement plans.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and software.
