Job Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated sales professional to expand our skincare customer base through relationship building and product introduction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for skincare, and the ability to foster long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Outreach: Establish connections with professionals in the skincare industry to present products that meet their needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries, taking orders via phone and email, and conducting regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process and manage incoming orders efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer requests.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities using CRM tools.
Essential Qualifications:
