Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Development team remotely. The successful candidate will support our outbound sales efforts by identifying, scraping, filtering, and organizing high-quality data for our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or lead generation role—ideally in a startup or high-velocity sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Scraping:
    • Build, manage, and refine scraping workflows to identify qualified homeowners, brokers, and property listings across platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, Realtor.com, and more.
    • Maintain and evolve a clear filter for what constitutes a qualified lead based on market, property type, and ownership profile.
  • Data Management & CRM Integration:
    • Act as the gatekeeper of data quality—only pushing qualified, verified leads into the CRM.
    • Enrich CRM records with actionable insights (building policies, owner notes, platform listings, etc.) to inform BDR outreach.
  • Cross-functional Support:
    • Partner with the business development team to refine targeting strategy based on real-time feedback and closed-won deals.
    • Proactively spot trends and opportunities in the data to help us adjust our market strategy and buy box.
