Health and Safety Lead

Establish and implement effective occupational safety and health policies and programs to maintain a safe workplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and monitor OSH policies and programs.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate training and orientations on OSH.
- Collaborate with contractors and tenants to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Deep understanding of occupational safety regulations and standards.
- Preferably with training and experience in international standards such as ISO 45001.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in any field and valid OSH Practitioner Accreditation from DOLE-OSHC. Minimum 3 years experience in establishing, implementing, monitoring and continuous development of occupational safety and health policies and programs is required.
