Job Summary

An e-commerce Account Handler is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of assigned e-commerce platforms, ensuring account health and compliance with platform policies. This role involves uploading and maintaining accurate product listings, descriptions, prices, and stock availability to drive sales.

  • Manage e-commerce platform accounts to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
  • Upload and maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, and pricing information.
  • Develop and execute promotions, campaigns, and flash sales in coordination with marketing teams.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, promotions, and account health.
