The Job

  • We are seeking a skilled Field Collection Officer to join our team in Plaridel, Bulacan.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to contact delinquent customers to discuss their account status.
  • You will inform and assess the customer's story, suggesting beneficial solutions to resolve past due payments.
  • An essential part of your role is to follow up on repayment promises made by customers.
  • If needed, you will identify and escalate uncooperative customers to our Legal department.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You must reside in Plaridel, Bulacan.
  • Required field collection experience is essential.
  • A valid/updated driving license and motorcycle ownership are necessary for this position.
  • You should be computer literate.

Estimated Salary: PHP 35,000 - 45,000 per month
