Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills, with ability to meet sales targets.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of Php 15,000 to Php 20,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
