Job Summary

Talent acquisition is a critical component of any successful business strategy. As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' hiring initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in recruiting systems, workflows, and data accuracy, ensuring seamless integration and optimal usage across the entire talent pipeline.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can drive projects that strengthen recruiting operations, data infrastructure, and analytics to provide actionable insights and inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain expertise in recruiting tools, systems, and best practices, providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date hiring data across systems to ensure reporting precision and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead optimization of our ATS Greenhouse, improving workflows, permissions, approvals, and reporting capabilities to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Finance and People teams to streamline processes and enhance collaboration through smart system use, driving business outcomes and growth.
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in requisitions, interview plans, job descriptions, and offer details to ensure timely and accurate decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition within a fast-growing organization.
  • Proven expertise with Greenhouse ATS at a Site Admin level, including user management, approvals, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting pipelines, funnels, and conversion metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gsuite) and other TA tech tools to enable seamless integration and optimal usage.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements to drive business outcomes.
