Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Bid Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating bid packages, managing documents, and working closely with project managers and estimators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prepare bid packages and proposals for various construction projects.
  • Ensure RFPs are submitted internally on time and in compliance with submission guidelines.
Document Management
  • Manage and organize all bid documents, including RFPs, technical specifications, drawings, and other related documents.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with submission guidelines.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the project manager, estimators, and other team members to gather necessary information.
  • Independently manage the workload calendar of assigned regions.
  • Meet workload demand and goals while tracking customer contacts and bidding projects.
Requirements
  • Construction industry experience is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with mechanical drawings is advantageous.
  • Proven multitasking and Outlook email organization skills.
  • Excellent time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • High levels of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude towards customers and the team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
