Job Overview

Atlassian seeks a Support Specialist to provide post-sales support for Enterprise clients. This role will play a vital part in promoting the adoption and use of Atlassian products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing billing, quoting, and licensing support to internal sales teams and external customers.

Exceptional customer service skills are crucial for this position as they will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention.

Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance.

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to handle high-volume demands and changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support for Enterprise clients, addressing their technical and non-technical inquiries.
  • Offer guidance on software billing and licensing, ensuring seamless integration with client operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify process gaps and propose effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.

  • Proven experience in providing top-notch customer and sales support through various channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in simple terms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of software billing and licensing.
