Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in Agile methodologies and Microsoft Dynamics to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Scrum Master guiding teams on Agile principles, planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and resolving roadblocks related to Microsoft Dynamics projects and operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies and challenges impacting system functionality or project timelines.
  • Encourage self-organization and accountability within the team, particularly in resolving Microsoft Dynamics-related issues.
  • Mentor team members on agile best practices and empower them to take initiative in managing and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with demonstrated experience managing enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching agile teams working on enterprise-level systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills specific to enterprise system challenges.
