We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Professional to manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage sales transactions, including writing offers and working with Multiple Listing Services (MLS).
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, utilizing tools like social media and graphic design software.
- Oversee transaction management, leveraging CRM software and data analytics.
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property tours, market analyses, and client consultations.
- Negotiate offers, draft contracts, and oversee the closing process.
- Valid real estate license (Broker or Agent, depending on role).
- Proven experience in real estate sales and transaction management.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, contracts, and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in MLS, CRM software, transaction management platforms, and social media marketing.
