Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead faculty programs focused on Information Systems.
- Support the Information Systems Academics team with operational tasks, including assigning academic loads, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, overseeing performance management, developing and implementing policies, processes, and systems, and addressing faculty concerns and requests.
- Maintain and enhance online classes, offering constructive feedback to instructors.
- Collaborate with the program head to review, revise, and develop the curriculum.
Requirements:
- A relevant Bachelor's or Post-graduate Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is mandatory.
- Candidates must have completed their post-graduate degree or be pursuing it.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in areas like systems analysis, data science, organizational processes, quality assurance, and project management is essential.
- Experience or background in academia is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of and enthusiasm for technology concepts and emerging trends is necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must.
- Flexibility in adapting to new tools and processes is an asset.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
