About this Role:

We're seeking an experienced Hiring Solutions Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with internal managers to refine our recruitment processes and champion best practices. This will involve working closely with our Recruitment Manager to assess candidate profiles, conduct thorough interviews, and determine suitability for further stages of the hiring process.

To excel in this position, you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a recruiter specializing in U.S. hires
  • Proven success in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, exceeding 100 candidates per month
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Workable or similar recruitment platforms
  • Prior experience in educator hiring is highly valued
  • Ambition to expand recruitment initiatives to attract more candidates

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and maintaining efficient recruitment pipelines, posting job ads, interviewing, and onboarding new talent
  • Nurturing relationships with potential hires through professional networks on social media and virtual events
  • Collaborating with the Recruitment Manager to set rigorous qualification criteria for future employees
  • Conducting in-depth interviews, maintaining employee databases for future vacancies, and tracking candidate progress
  • Using digital tools and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job openings, and engage with candidates
  • Evaluating recruitment software performance and recommending enhancements or changes
  • Partnering with department heads to define qualifications for each position
  • Ensuring a smooth candidate application process and tracking their progress within our database

This role comes with a salary range of ₱30K–₱45K per month.
