**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Dean - Entrepreneurship to lead our Bachelor's Degree Program in Entrepreneurship with a focus on technopreneurship. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing a unique and innovative program, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and building a faculty pool. They will also work closely with various school departments to ensure the success of student graduates.

**Responsibilities:)
* Design a forward-thinking Bachelor's Degree Program in Entrepreneurship with a focus on technopreneurship* Ensure compliance with CHED CMO and other government regulations* Prepare course offerings, syllabi, and reference materials* Build a faculty pool and lead the Academics Team* Create regular reports and updates* Work with different school departments

**Qualifications:**
* Doctorate Degree in Business Administration or Entrepreneurship* At least 5-8 years of experience in Educational Management* Extensive understanding of government guidelines* Strong relationship-building and communication skills* Excellent command of English Language* Ability to work with new tools and processes* Updated knowledge of current macro trends in entrepreneurship* Strong networking and people management skills
