We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Coordinator to join our team at CIIT College of Arts and Technology. As a key member of our Information Systems Academics team, you will be responsible for leading faculty programs and student events, assisting with operational matters, and undertaking periodic curriculum review and development. Job Description:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for faculty programs and student events
  • Provide administrative support to the Information Systems Academics team
  • Collaborate with instructors to observe online classes and provide feedback
  • Conduct periodic curriculum review, revision, and development
  • Ensure that the development of soft skills and values are deeply integrated in all college programs and/or subjects
  • Teach course-related subjects (9-12 units per trimester)

Requirements:

  • Relevant Post-graduate or Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, and other similar courses
  • Applicants with completed post-graduate academic requirements are preferred for this role
  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in the field of systems analysis, data science, organizational processes, quality assurance, and project management
  • General background and/or experience in the academe is an advantage for this role
  • General knowledge and enthusiasm with Technology-related concepts and future developments
  • Strong relationship-building and business communication skills
  • Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage
  • Proactive worker who can work with minimum to no supervision
