Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our IT department, ensuring that all systems and infrastructure are running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with experience in managing teams and implementing IT solutions. You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing IT and cybersecurity escalations
  • Communicating with and organizing escalations between internal partners, clients, and external vendors
  • Managing company response to and remediation of cybersecurity alerts
  • Ensuring all relevant parties receive regular, thorough updates on outstanding IT issues

You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT Helpdesk Associates, performing QA on IT Helpdesk tickets, and maintaining documentation for use during IT troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in IT support within a BPO setting
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong technical proficiency in networking, operating systems, and enterprise applications
  • Strong understanding of security best practices
  • Experience with cloud services such as Google Workspace
  • Experience with CrowdStrike a plus
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken)
