In this role, you will be responsible for establishing project teams, developing project frameworks, and managing project capital and expenses within budget.

  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and Budgeting
    • (i) Define project goals and scope for manufacturing process development.
    • (ii) Develop project timelines and resource plans, utilizing work breakdown structures to define deliverables and tasks.
    • (iii) Create project budgets and cost models.
    • (iv) Establish tooling development timelines and plan infrastructure, manpower, and material resources.
  • Project Execution
    • (i) Lead cross-functional teams to complete tasks on time and within budget.
    • (ii) Coordinate with stakeholders to review and monitor progress.
    • (iii) Manage scope changes and drive timely delivery of project outcomes.
About You
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing.
    • Strong coordination and communication skills, accountability, integrity, customer focus, and results-driven attitude.
