Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to execute various operational activities in the Sourcing/Recruitment area. The ideal candidate will ensure hiring targets for different accounts and departments are met by assisting HR Officers with special projects and helping mentor associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute planned sourcing activities to achieve target applicant footfall and hires on time.
  • Represent the organization in external and internal recruitment/sourcing events.
  • Develop close relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate with HR groups and Operations to identify profiles and hiring requirements.
  • Maintain databases and trackers for sourcing operations.
Function: Selection
  • Perform recruitment activities, emphasizing compliance with established processes and procedures.
  • Conduct research and monitor industry key people movements.
  • Provide updates on hiring requirements and track applications processed.
  • Ensure accurate information input in databases and generate campaign reports.
Function: Onboarding
  • Prepare employment contracts and maintain required documentation.
  • Monitor hiring requirement status through close coordination among recruitment team members.
  • Assist in maintaining candidate documents and data management activities.
Required Skills & Qualities:
  • 2-3 years of work experience in recruitment/head-hunting or sourcing, preferably in BPO/ITO.
  • General knowledge of Recruitment and selection practices.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and interviewing skills.
