About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Architect to join our design team. The pioneer in this role will be responsible for providing concept planning, production drawings, and site inspections/construction support for landscape design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop concepts and designs for landscape requirements.
  • Manage a production team to ensure accurate, complete, and executable drawings on site.
  • Evaluate designs against budget and design standards.
  • Coordinate with departments and property management to ensure easy-to-maintain and cost-effective hardscape and softscape specifications.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Landscape Architect.
  • At least 10 years of experience working in real estate is an advantage.
  • Design management skills for land planning, landscape, and engineering infrastructure.
  • Innovative solutions for challenging terrains and other landscape issues.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop.
  • Strong conceptual development skills.
  • Highly creative with good presentation skills.
